Booking Policy

Welcome to The Mirage!, Before you embark on your dream vacation, we kindly urge you to take a moment to read our essential Booking Policy. It contains important information that will ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and understanding our policies will help make your experience unforgettable.

Our standard Terms and Conditions

LOW SEASON: (Low season is Non School holidays in Queensland) A $300 deposit is required to confirm booking.

Balance of accommodation is due 14 days prior to arrival.

  • If cancelled or modified before 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified within 14 days before arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the case of a ‘no-show’, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


PEAK SEASON:
(Peak season is Queensland School holidays) A $650 deposit is required to confirm booking.

Balance of accommodation is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • If cancelled or modified before 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified within 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the case of a ‘no-show’, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY:

  • Refunding a deposit will be subject to an ADMINISTRATION FEE of $100.
  • No refunds will be given if arriving after, or departing before the confirmed dates, the guest will be responsible for the original ‘Total Tariff’.
